There are not enough great words to describe the level of service I received from Rachel & Scott Mathew from start to finish.  They did an amazing job listing and selling my condo in a tough market. Working with Scott just blew me away. When my father passed, he walked my brother and I through the probate process and helped us prepare the house for sale - he even helped to clear old trash and broken furniture and used his trailer to transport the debris to the dump. I've never heard of this kind of service from a realtor and his help was such a gift under the circumstances. We received a very fair offer within days of listing and were able to quickly sell the house as-is thanks to a pre-sale inspection, which Scott recommended.
